๐Ÿ“œ By calling us at (855) 762-3684 or using the services of Meta Extra Viajes (metaextraviajes.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the travel booking services offered by Meta Extra Viajes, operated by META HEIGHTS GENERAL TRADING L.L.C in association with Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited (IATA License No. 14025685) ("we," "us," or "our"). By contacting us and/or completing a booking, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Provided

Meta Extra Viajes provides the following travel services exclusively via telephone:

  • Flight bookings for domestic and international routes
  • Seat reservations and itinerary management
  • Flight modifications and date/route changes
  • Seat class upgrades (Economy to Business/First Class)
  • Flight cancellations and refund processing

All services are subject to availability, airline policies, fare rules, and applicable fees. We act as an intermediary between the customer and the airline โ€” we do not operate flights or own any aircraft.

3. Booking Process

All bookings must be made by calling our toll-free number: (855) 762-3684. Online booking is not available through this agency.

  • You must provide accurate passenger information as it appears on government-issued identification.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of an e-ticket or booking reference number.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all booking details (names, dates, flight numbers) before confirmation. Errors in passenger names may result in ticket re-issuance fees or non-refundable cancellations.
  • Name changes after ticketing are subject to airline policy and may incur additional fees.

4. Pricing and Fees

All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is fully confirmed and paid.

  • Airfares include applicable taxes and surcharges unless otherwise specified by our consultant during the call.
  • A service fee may be charged by Meta Extra Viajes for booking, modification, or cancellation assistance. Our consultant will advise you of any agency fees before confirming your transaction.
  • Airline fees for changes, upgrades, or cancellations are separate from our agency service fee and are charged by the airline directly.
  • Prices displayed on our website (if any) are indicative only and may differ at the time of booking due to availability changes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is collected at the time of booking via accepted credit/debit cards or other methods advised by our consultant. By providing payment details, you authorize Meta Extra Viajes and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited to charge the quoted amount.

  • Your credit card statement may reflect a charge from Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited or META HEIGHTS GENERAL TRADING L.L.C.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes not based on genuine service failure may result in booking cancellation without refund.
  • All transactions are processed in a secure, encrypted environment.

6. Flight Changes

Requests to change flight dates, times, or routes must be made by calling (855) 762-3684. Changes are subject to:

  • Airline availability and fare rules applicable to your ticket type.
  • Any fare difference between the original and new fare, which must be paid by the customer.
  • Applicable airline change fees (which vary by carrier and fare class).
  • Our agency service fee for processing the change.

Non-refundable and restricted fare tickets may not be eligible for changes. Our consultants will advise you on your specific ticket's change rules at the time of request.

7. Seat Upgrades

Seat upgrade requests (Economy to Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class) are subject to:

  • Availability on the specific flight and airline.
  • Payment of the upgrade difference plus applicable airline fees.
  • Airline upgrade policies, which may differ between carriers.

We do not guarantee the availability of upgrades and are not liable if upgrades are unavailable.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted by phone at (855) 762-3684. All cancellations are subject to the fare rules of your purchased ticket and the cancellation policy of the operating airline.

  • Non-refundable tickets do not qualify for cash refunds but may qualify for future travel credits at the airline's discretion.
  • Refundable tickets are eligible for refunds per the airline's timeline (typically 7โ€“20 business days to the original payment method).
  • Our agency service fee for processing cancellations is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking for flights departing at least 7 days away may qualify for a full refund under the U.S. DOT 24-Hour Rule for tickets booked directly with the airline. Please consult our agents for eligibility.

9. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including but not limited to:

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond the return date.
  • Required visas for destination and transit countries.
  • Any required health documentation (vaccinations, COVID-related clearances, etc.).
  • Compliance with airline check-in deadlines and baggage policies.

Meta Extra Viajes is not liable for denied boarding, deportation, or additional costs incurred due to the customer's failure to obtain proper documentation.

10. Airline Responsibility

Once tickets are issued, the operating airline is responsible for flight schedules, on-board services, and safety. We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airline.
  • Missed connections due to airline-caused delays.
  • Overbooking or involuntary denied boarding by the airline.
  • Loss of, or damage to, checked or carry-on baggage.

In cases of airline-initiated disruptions, you should contact the operating airline directly for compensation under applicable regulations (e.g., U.S. DOT rules, EU261/2004 where applicable).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meta Extra Viajes, META HEIGHTS GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific booking.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meta Extra Viajes and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (for entity-level matters) and applicable U.S. federal and state laws (for customer transactions). Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our customer service team.
